With 8.x-3.0, our Drupal core is updated to 8.7. This will be followed on February 27th by Sector 8.x-4.0-rc1 - our first 8.8 release candidate.
Core and module updates
With Drupal core 8.6 having reached its end of life, we have switched the main Sector branch to the latest 8.7 branch. As part of the release, we also updated many modules to their latest version.
No further work will be committed to the 2.x branch. The Sector team will continue to support the 3.x branch until June 3, 2020.

Other improvements
We also fixed an issue where the Content Editor and Content Administrator users did not have enough permissions to upload media using the new media browser, and some other patches.
