We have some eventful news - the Sector Event add-on beta release is out now!
Sector Events allows you to add an events section to your site - with an events archive, event maps, and more.
In this release we've done some tinkering with the Event views:
- Replaced the view element 'Global Unfiltered text' with 'Global Text area' to improve security and consistency.
- Replaced the filter criteria 'Published' with 'Published status or admin user'. This is a useful feature for admin users.
- Updated the category 'Filter identifier' to event_category to allow cleaner URLs, e.g. /events?event_category=44. This also ensures consistency with other add-ons.
- Updated the filter criteria (field_event_date:end_value) for event archive (<= -1 minute), upcoming events (>= +1 minute) and short teaser (>= +1 minute).
