Updates to add-ons to switch to media library released

Following the Sector 8.x-4.0-rc1 release, we have updated the Sector add-ons to make use of the new Media Library in core. 

Released are

• Sector portfolio 8.x-1.0-beta2
• Sector events 8.x-2.0-beta2
• Sector contact 8.x-1.0-beta2

The experimental add-ons - add-ons with only DEV branches released - have the media library now in the latest DEV branch.
