Features and functionality

  • Notice levels impacting theme colours (Base, Moderate, Critical, Highly critical)
  • Close button and dismissal expiry setting
  • Sample content to make it easy to get started

Sector Notice benefits from the improved AdminUI block access to manage and add custom blocks introduced with the Sector Promo Magnets

Change log

With 10.0.0-alpha6, we have...

  • replaced the Sector Themes taxonomy with the Notice Level List field
  • introduced the Notice levels (see above)
  • added Material Icons support
  • added the Dismissal Expiry
  • added a close button
  • updated sample content
  • added Block administration permissions for the Content Administrator

Still to do ...

  • The core permissions to place blocks is not granular enough, so we need a workaround that will allow the Content Editor to enable/disable notices.
