Sector Notice offers a flexible block type to create and place public notices in your theme. New in Sector 10, Sector Notice includes everything you'll need to get started, including sample content.

Features and functionality
Sector Notice includes:
- Sector Notice block type
- Material icon support
- Notice levels impacting theme colours (Base, Moderate, Critical, Highly critical)
- Close button and dismissal expiry setting
- Sample content to make it easy to get started
Sector Notice benefits from the improved AdminUI block access to manage and add custom blocks introduced with the Sector Promo Magnets.

With 10.0.0-alpha6, we have...
- replaced the Sector Themes taxonomy with the Notice Level List field
- introduced the Notice levels (see above)
- added Material Icons support
- added the Dismissal Expiry
- added a close button
- updated sample content
- added Block administration permissions for the Content Administrator
Still to do ...
- The core permissions to place blocks is not granular enough, so we need a workaround that will allow the Content Editor to enable/disable notices.
