Sector Resource offers a base content type for informational material and documents. Included is everything you'll need to start a resource library on your site - a structured content type, automated lists, and blocks for the homepage and sidebar.
Sector Resource allows you to categorise resources based on your needs (such as case studies, documents or publications), while filters and search give your audience more tools to find the resources that are relevant to them.

Features and functionality
Sector Resource includes:
- Sector Resource content type and displays
- Resource types taxonomy to categorise your resources and allow your audience to filter by type
- Resource landing page with filters and search
- 'Latest resources' block on the homepage listing the most recent resources
- 'Latest resources' sidebar block on nodes to promote recent resources
- Sample content to make it easy to get started
Sector 10 related entities and configuration
Resources are optional in Sector 10
In Sector 10, Sector Resource is part of the the Sector Starter Kit, but is not installed by default.
To install the add-on, navigate to the Extend section of the AdminUI and enable Sector Resource - this will install the entities mentioned in this documentation.

Resources landing page

The resources landing page is a page node with a view block that lists the latest resources. It includes a search and filters, as well as a pager that becomes visible after more content is loaded.

In Sector 10 the default views are replaced with Search API search views and index.

From 8.x-2.0-beta1 (October 2018) terms in Resource category are 'rabbit-holed' to redirect to the archive view page with the term id as argument.
Resource archive and promotional block via the Sector Resource view

The Sector Resource view includes displays for the:
- Sector Resource archive
- Teaser block - can be embedded in any page
- Homepage block
- Sidebar block
All view displays work with view modes to allow for consistency and easy display management.
